MD Kustoms Terms of Service

Effective Date: 12/28/25

By placing an order with MD Kustoms, you agree to the following terms. Our system is designed for fast turnaround, consistent results, and simple reordering.

Orders & Approval

All orders are produced exactly as submitted.

By ordering, you confirm:

  • All logos, text, and details are correct
  • You have reviewed and approved your design
  • Production will follow your submission exactly

Once production begins, no changes can be made.

Design & Mockup Fees

To keep projects moving efficiently and protect design time, the following applies:

  • Mockup: $15
  • 1 revision included
  • Additional revisions: $10 each
  • Vectorizing or redrawing artwork: $30
  • Color changes after mockup: $10 each

All design and mockup fees may be added to the final order total and must be paid before production begins unless waived at the discretion of MD Kustoms.

Mockups may require upfront payment. If an order is placed, the mockup fee may be credited toward the final order total. If no order is placed, the mockup fee is non-refundable.

Final approval is required before production.
Once approved, all design details are final.

Payment

  • Full payment is required before production
  • Orders are not processed without payment
  • Pricing may change at any time

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production begins
  • If canceled before production, design and setup fees may apply
  • Custom work is non-refundable

Returns

All custom products are final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If an error is caused by MD Kustoms, we will correct it.

Production & Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround for stocked items is approximately 2 business days
  • All timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Production may be affected by:

  • Inventory availability
  • Order size
  • Equipment or supplier issues

We may substitute products with equal or better options when needed.

Non-Stock Items & Extended Turnaround

Some products are not regularly stocked and must be ordered from suppliers.

  • Standard turnaround is approximately 2 weeks
  • Timeline begins after payment and design approval
  • Timing may vary based on supplier availability

Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Materials & Variations

  • Engraving results may vary depending on material
  • Colors and finishes may appear slightly different
  • Exact matches are not guaranteed

Customer-Supplied Items

If you provide your own items:

  • They are processed at your own risk
  • We are not responsible for damage or compatibility issues

Artwork & Intellectual Property

You confirm you have the rights to any artwork submitted.

MD Kustoms is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.

Kustom Store System

Our Kustom Stores are built for speed, consistency, and easy reordering.

  • Products are pre-approved and locked
  • Designs and placements stay consistent
  • Options are intentionally limited

This is a system designed for reliability, not unlimited customization.

Product Blanks

  • Product brands and styles may vary
  • Exact brand matching is not guaranteed
  • Substitutions may occur based on availability

Store Setup

Store setup may include:

  • Product selection
  • Logo setup
  • Store structure

Setup may require a one-time fee depending on scope.

Store Control

All store systems remain property of MD Kustoms.

Changes may require:

  • Additional fees
  • Re-approval
  • Updated timelines

Packages

Packages are pre-built and not customizable.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect damages

Design File Ownership

Any artwork we vectorize or redraw:

  • Remains property of MD Kustoms
  • Is not automatically provided

File release may be available for an additional fee.

Marketing Use

We may use completed work for:

  • Social media
  • Website content
  • Advertising

This includes products and Kustom Stores featuring your logo.

If you prefer your work not be used, this must be requested before production.

Final Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Our structured system for production
  • Design approval requirements
  • Posted fees and policies

These standards allow us to deliver fast, consistent, and reliable results.
