1. Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your item ships. Large or bulk orders may require additional time, and we’ll communicate any delays as needed.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping speed and cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Free or discounted shipping may be offered during special promotions or for bulk/business orders.


4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email or text with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. MD Kustoms is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at chris@mdkustoms.com. We will work with the shipping carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.


7. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Lubbock, Texas. If offered, you’ll see this option at checkout and will receive instructions when your order is ready for pickup.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please contact us if you have a special request for international orders.
