At MD Kustoms, all sales of custom and personalized items are final. Due to the nature of custom work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any customized products.
However, if there is a mistake on our end—such as an incorrect engraving, printing error, or wrong item shipped—we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost. To initiate a correction, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
Customer-Supplied Items:
If you provide your own item for customization (engraving, printing, etc.), you acknowledge and accept the following:
The item is provided entirely at your own risk.
We are not responsible for damage, defects, or errors that occur during the customization process.
In the rare case we replace a customer-supplied item, it will be replaced with a different brand or comparable product of equal or greater value — not the exact brand or model originally provided.
We appreciate your understanding and your trust in our craftsmanship.
